Märtha your Personal Coach
Interest in human beings is a natural part of me and in my way of being. I meet you with care and thoughtfulness, confidence, happiness, spontaneousness and sense of humour, but also with challenges.
I believe; Life is a school, we learn through our entire life. My own experience has shown me that by making up my mind and having clear goals I will succeed. In the situations when I haven’t achieved my goals the reasons have often been that I have put up obstacles for myself.
I hold a certificate from International Coach Federation ICF and have participated in several internal coaching educations at IKEA. I am also certified in guiding grief processing at the Swedish institute for Sorgbearbetning™.
I run my own business within the branch of coaching and education. I also cooperate with other companies who coach people searching for their next step at work and in life.
One of my customers is IKEA where I am working as career coach, for individuals as well as in groups, participants are both leaders and other co-workers.
I also conduct training sessions about trainer- and leaderskills, where I am highlighting the importance of reaching the receiver in presentations, meetings and education. The training includes different tools, methods and knowledge about taking and giving constructive feedback. Another part in the training is about leading organisational change.
Me as Coach – I am a good listener, positive, curious, caring and challenging.
I believe that we all have so much to give that we often don’t know about, therefore I love to help people to find their inner potential. I have professional security and following the International Coach Federations (ICF) rules.
I have a broad network and have been working in different areas, such as administration, sales, purchasing, logistic, project management and training, during my 20 years at IKEA.
I have education in child-pedagogics and have been working within childcare for many years.
I was the inspirer and project manager of the first Montessori school in Älmhult.
I have during many years been contact person to people with special needs through the social welfare.
