Belinda Hayes PhD CPCC ACC
Meaning Seeker - Coach – Facilitator - Adventurer
My name is Belinda. I am an Educator, Integrative and Executive Coach, Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator, Map of Meaning Practitioner, Mindfulness and Mediation teacher, and life-long learner. I have a PhD in Applied Linguistics and am proud to hold both Associate Certified Coach (ICF) and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CTI) credentials.
I have spent over 25 years teaching, leading and learning in a range of educational contexts internationally – mostly in Higher Education. It has been my privilege to have lived and worked in not only my native New Zealand, but also in Greece, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and, most recently, in Oman. I coach and facilitate workshops all over the world.
I believe that we all have a right and responsibility to express ourselves, knowing that our work, and lives, are meaningful. I have experienced the transformational potential of coaching in my personal and profession life. I am honored to have the opportunity of supporting other educators who know how important and meaningful their work is and who choose to embark on a heroic journey of reflection and action in order to make their hopes and dreams real.
* I’m curious to hear your vision for the future of education and the role you want to play, and invite you to contact me for a free, 30 minute coaching conversation. I believe the world is waiting for exactly what you have to offer. Do you?
