Coaching is...
The Full Range of Coaching
Coaching applies to the full range of questions about Life and Work. Whatever your question, your C4E coach will guide and support you across the full range, including:
- Personal Coaching and Life Coaching
Who am I, Why am I here and What shall I do about it - Professional Coaching and Instructional Coaching
What is happening, What do I want to happen and How can I bring that about?
What happens in a coaching session?
Your C4E Coache will ask you open-ended questions.
You have the answers. Your coach supports you in finding them.
You have the answers. Your coach supports you in finding them.
- You will be listened to, attentively
- You will be heard, understood, and believed
- You will have space to ventilate about what's troubling you, but you will receive no coaching until you can express your request
- You will be given no advice, you will find that within yourself with the guidance of your coach
- You will design and commit to taking action between the coaching sessions

Together with a professional coach, who can ask the kind of questions you need to hear, you will progress much further, more quickly and have more fun than thinking about such questions on your own. By signing up here you are going to receive individual coaching so that you can fully explore what coaching has to offer you, at no cost.
