Confidentiality Statement
Coaching meetings are confidential. The coach follows the International Coach Federation’s Code of Ethics for coaching, www.coachfederation.org/ethics We ask that you, the educator, adopt a similar approach so that neither of us talk about the coaching to others without getting written permission from the other first. This confidentiality statement also applies after the coaching is completed.

The Purpose of this Coaching
The purpose of this coaching is to support you, the educator, in reaching your professional goals and life goals as described in the first session known as the Intake and Planning Meeting.

Your Commitments

• I will attend the meetings on time and well prepared.
• I will be responsible for the content of the coaching meetings, ie I will be prepared to talk about what has happened since the last time, the effects of earlier actions, and bring an example of a coachable situation
• ​I will take responsibility for setting my own goals, designing the actions to be carried out and writing my own coaching log and notes.
• In case of illness I will contact the coach in good time and make a new appointment.

Your Coach's Commitments

• I will come to the meetings on time and well prepared
• I will take responsibility for the coaching process and guide the process towards the educator’s goals
• I will challenge the educator's assumptions and give them constructive and empowering feedback
• I will give no advice and will not tell the educator what to do
• I will keep the meetings confidential
• In case of illness I will contact the educator in good time and make a new appointment.
