My journey has led me around the world and Ireland. I am happy to be settled in Tipperary now and am excited to further develop my coaching practice here. I've been in education and training for many years and I trained 10 years ago as a Coach in the excellent ICF Coaching Development programme in Tipperary Institute, where I was teaching. The belief in coaching that we are all ‘Creative, Resourceful and Whole’ merged with my own philosophy of learning and personal development and I felt truly at home. Since then I have worked with many people and have found that we all struggle with our level of confidence. I now realise helping people grow in confidence is my real passion.
With over 500 client hours behind me, I am currently working towards my PCC credential. My areas of expertise include: Workplace and Personal Coaching, including Career Coaching. Training for Presentation Skills Development, Personal & Professional Development, Building Resilience, Communication, Teambuilding and Group Facilitation. I’m Certified in the use of Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, TA, NLP, Belbin Team Roles.
In 2015, I was delighted to be jointly awarded ICF Ireland's Career Coach of the year. I have a strong track record providing coaching support for career growth, job issues and personal change. C4E strengthens my link to Educators which I’m delighted with! I work face to face here in Tipperary or with Zoom anywhere in the world. Feel free to make contact to chat about coaching!
