Sook Hyung Paek
Sook is a bilingual (English and Korean) business and women in leadership coach.
She holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation.
As a coach, she sees her clients as experts in his or her life and work, and every client is creative, resourceful, and whole. She co-partners with her clients, be their sounding board, and helps them see and connect with their inner core beliefs and strengths.
With this philosophy in mind, she offers a unique signature development program for women in leadership to instill their authentic leadership presence. Her coaching focuses on building a set of strategies to navigate then through the organizational, interpersonal, and individual challenges and barriers hindering their aspirations.
As a mother of two young adults, she has seen the transformation journey of her sons through the guidance of passionate educators for the past twenty years and she acknowledges the roles of educators that have brought out the best in her sons.
Likewise, she also understands how a high expectation of parents over their children has effects on our educators. She is eager about creating a better world where all our children and your children grow into an equal, fair society and the world in general – would be a better place for everyone. She would like to be a part of the eco-system to support educators in guiding and educating young people.
